most people would recognize those, too, but it's the more complicated ones that usually get mistaken for bad stuff.

for example, someone could see "ascorbic acid" in the ingredients list and be like "ew, there's acid in this!" or see cyanocobalamin and think it's a really gross preservative, but both of those are really vitamins. most people would recognize those, too |

but if you know how to tell what the long ingredient names mean, you'll notice that they're actually fine. most of them are vitamins and healthy minerals. |

no, it's not as bad as soda, at all. in fact, there's nothing bad for you in it. it's even colored with vegetable juice. people just think it's full of chemicals and junk because they think any long words in the ingredients list are bad. |
